Heart & Hustle: Rob Caslick

Today, I am excited to announce the launch of my new podcast - Heart & Hustle: Staying Profitable in a Crisis.

The crisis created by the coronavirus pandemic is, of course, unprecedented in modern times. Any crisis brings challenges to business owners, and the themes are often the same: first, how to keep going and then how to find the opportunity, lead through the uncertainty and ultimately thrive.

In this podcast series, I'll be interviewing business owners and experts about their direct experiences during COVID-19. I hope that NAB clients and the broader business community will take something from hearing from their peers: learning, normalising, and ultimately finding the opportunity that only a crisis presents.

My first guest is Rob Caslick founder of Two Good Co. Two Good donates a meal to women’s safe houses with each meal sold and employs women from safe houses as a pathway out of homelessness.

During the coronavirus, Two Good Co's revenue dropped to zero, almost overnight. In this episode, Rob discusses how the business adapted and – remarkably – thrived and managed to keep some important promises along the way.
