How can a pandemic create Da Vinci-style inspiration at work? That’s what Soren Trampedach asked himself as he led his thriving business, Work Club Global, through 2020.

Work Club Global has gone from strength to strength, by building spaces where different thinking comes together to not just work but to share and solve the problems of tomorrow. He says disruption in the last decade has been via technology, in one industry at a time, but disruption now will be using technology across multiple industries. So, there will be no choice but to step outside your own discipline and learn from others. He’s convinced cities globally are on the cusp of wholesale transformation: while work habits have changed forever, humanity will always seek connection - and multi-disciplinary work hubs will be the answer.
